Machine Cabinet: |
Fabricated from metal and painted in silver hammer, the machine cabinet is suitable for external or internal installation. The cabinet is fitted with a key lockable door and contains the hydraulic power unit, hydraulic control valves, electrical control board, emergency power supply and cabinet light. The emergency tools and instructions are located within this cabinet.The cabinet size is 1800mm in height x 600mm in width x 300mm in depth |

Maintenance: |
We recommend that the lift be serviced at no greater intervals than 12 months, this will ensure the lift is maintained in a safe and reliable condition. |

12 months on all parts and labour excluding misuse and/or malicious damage. |

Work by others: |
- All building work such as the concrete slab, upper landing penetrations, barrier protection in the ceiling cavity and cladding to the external of the lift tower.
- Supply of a 240V. 15A electrical circuit to the Machine Cabinet.
- Supply and connection of a telephone line to the lift shaft terminating in the junction box provided by the lift installers (this can be an extension of the residence phone).
- Painting of the landing doors, as they are supplied prime painted only.
- Painting of the fibro infill inside the lift shaft between the two floors.
